The Speed Wand includes 3 total buttons: for changing functions, and adjusting vibration intensity to be stronger or weaker. 

1. Hold the power button down for 3 seconds. It will begin vibration on speed #3 of 5.
2. Press the  (–) button to move down to the two lower speeds.
3. Or press the + button to access speeds 4 and 5.
4. Tap the power button to explore the 7 patterns of vibration. Each new tap will cycle to a new function.
5. On all 8 functions, you can use the + and – buttons to increase/decrease intensity.
