Our Exchange Policy
Everything we ship out to you is brand new, and will be shipped to you in the packaging received from the manufacturer.
Given the intimate nature of the products we carry, we do not give satisfaction returns. We do this for the safety of our customers, so please choose products carefully. If the product you purchase is defective, please follow the guidelines below to request an exchange. Please note that products that have been modified in any way cannot be exchanged.
Defective Product Exchanges Guidelines:
CONFIRM THAT THERE IS A DEFECT (WE KNOW ALL OUR CUSTOMERS ARE SAVVY, OR YOU WOULD NOT BE SHOPPING HERE, BUT WE STILL HAVE TO ASK)
Sometimes, what appears to be a defect can be something as silly as:
• Ensuring new batteries have been inserted
• Reviewing any user manuals
• Following manufacturer's instructions / charging a product completely before the first use

IF THE PRODUCT HAS NOT BEEN USED...
You must report the defect to us within 48 hours of receipt of the item, where "receipt" will be calculated by reference to the delivery confirmation. Provide us with a description of the defect and photographs of the defective item. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us at (551) 225-1424. We will provide you with further instructions about how to proceed with requesting the exchange.
IF THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN USED ...
In order to request an exchange through peepshow toys, you must report the defect to us within the first 15 days of your receipt of the item, where "receipt" will be calculated by reference to the delivery confirmation. We pride ourselves on offering quality products, and most of our products come with manufacturer's warranties. Our team will reach out to our supplier on your behalf and work to come up with a resolution.
