Are Your Packages Discreet?
Yes, we know that discreet shipping matters! No one will be able to tell what's inside. We ship toys in plain brown boxes or FedEx/USPS generic packaging.
We ship and bill as "Hamilton Park Electronics," and no logos will ever appear on the outside of your package.
We do not mail any flyers or unsolicited catalogs after you purchase from us. You'll only receive whatever product(s) you choose to order, in discreet packaging.
How Long Will It Take to Get to Me?
If you need a package quickly, we recommend choosing Expedited shipping (2-day or 3-day) during checkout.
We process almost all orders within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays).
With Free & Standard shipping, packages are likely to spend 5-8 days in transit with the postal carrier. Postal carrier delays are rare but possible with all shipping speeds.

Can I Return a Toy That's Too Large / Small?
We cannot accept returns of delivered products, to ensure all customers feel confident that they're receiving a brand-spanking-new product direct from the manufacturer. No exceptions apply.
We do our best to include specific product sizing in every product page, and encourage you to email us if you see any info missing, or have any size questions before purchase!
Is the Toy I Received New?
Yes, absolutely, we only ship out 100% brand-new toys, exactly as we receive the products from their makers.
Some manufacturers choose to include extra plastic that forms a seal around or on the outside of the box. Other manufacturers ship in plain cardboard boxes or minimal bags without external seals, which avoids creating excess waste.
How Do I Clean My Toy?
Generally*, body-safe toys may be scrubbed down with normal soap and water, and will remain hygienic. Wash well for about 30 seconds (as long as a good handwashing) with soap under running water. Toys with extra textured ridges and grooves may require slightly more wash time.
(*Rare exceptions are not-water-resistant toys like some Wand vibrators, where the wand's head can be wiped down with a damp cloth, but the wand's neck & handle should not be splashed in the sink.)
