Shipping & Delivery Policy
All orders ship from the United States within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). A tracking number is provided as soon as a shipping label is created.
Some orders may ship in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number. Every tracking number is provided directly to the customer's email given at the time of their checkout.
Tracking & Responsibility
By placing an order, the customer agrees to monitor tracking updates and ensure secure delivery at the shipping address provided.
Delivery Confirmation
Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) are considered successfully fulfilled.
Missing or Lost Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located, customers must:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or (if applicable) mailbox or front office.
- Contact the shipping carrier.
- Contact us for assistance.
Carrier delivery errors can occur. Customers must contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. We allow a 7-day waiting period after a “Delivered” status before issuing a replacement or refund where applicable.
We will work with customers in good faith to resolve verified delivery issues.
Shipping Protection (Optional)
Shipping Protection may be selected at checkout for expedited resolution in the event of loss, theft, or damage.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We cannot modify addresses once an order has shipped.
Chargebacks
By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any delivery issues. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may be considered a violation of this policy.
