We-Vibe Touch X Vibrator

I bought the old model of the Touch twice (battery wouldn’t hold a charge after about 3 years). Clearly I loved it since I rebought but this is the first time I’ve needed a new vibe (same issues) since the Touch X was available and oh my god I love this even more than the last model. The option for pinpoint stimulation was why I loved this model so much and wow the Touch X still delivers. The main vibration setting does feel a little different compared to the old model on the lowest setting but if I bump it up one click I don’t notice a difference in use. What I LOVE about this one though is I can use the scoop the way it’s intended! The “surround sound” vibe is incredible especially when paired with bigger toys. I absolutely love that the patterns also have intensity settings too. There’s some really fun ones even if you’re not usually into patterns! The way the mag charger connects is much improved as well. If I had to say one con is that there is a very slight seam on the Touch X where the older version had none. If you’re super sensitive you might notice it when using this for pinpoint stim, however I do not. Overall, I love it and I will buy this vibrator a 4th time when I inevitably ruin the battery on this model, although hopefully it’ll last a little longer with the improvements to the battery life (this is not a diss at WeVibe, I am extremely hard on this vibrator and I thank it for lasting as long as it does). Highly recommend!

I loved the original touch vibe, but this one is a complete letdown. The basic vibrate setting is noticably different from the old model - it's kind of like a pointed, fast paced pulsing added on top of the regular smooth vibration. It's strange because the toy already has other settings with various forms of pulsation. I'm not sure if it's an intended change from the previous model, or if there's something specifically wrong with the product I got. What's definitely intentional is the design update where they placed the buttons on the front/top, basically where your hand has to hold the toy. For me this it made it very difficult to use without accidentally hitting the buttons every few seconds.

I was so excited to receive my order after reading so many positive reviews on your website. I thought surely that at this price point and with so many happy customers I would not be disappointed. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed at the lack of power, which left much to be desired. I hate the idea that there's $50 of worthless plastic sitting in my cabinet with no remedy. I contacted the company and never received a reply.
