Got this and I am extremely surprised at the quality. The silicon is extremely soft. It took me a while to get it down as it goes down very far, at least past my collarbone. You might be wondering how it's possible to actually keep this in for any length of time and I don't honestly know how my body does it, but once it's all the way down I can actually breathe with some effort. So with a lot of training this can be used for extended sessions to keep your submissive very very quiet no matter what you do.
One thing I highly recommend is to ALWAYS have an empty stomach for use of this item. Any sort of backwash with this all the way in and it's going into your lungs. Be careful and prepare yourself physically before use.

this dildo is very hot to hold down your throat if you have a thing for that. the plug is a nice shape that you feel very secure holding it there without needing hands and the flat bottom of it rests nicely against the tongue.
it's supersoft so it feels nice but it's a floppy lad and often needs help going in. also you can end up with dents in the silicone where your teeth sit. i don't think actually breaking it is a risk but it's a cosmetic issue if you care about that.
overall though it's my favorite toy of any that i own, very sexy, very fun
