First of all, no. The slit for the toy won't fit a Fleshlight sleeve. You still need one of the dedicated FL pillows for that. But it will fit just about any harness-compatible dildo, and anything else with a diameter of 3" or so.
It really does hold up to weight without flattening too much. I'm 6' even, and 180lbs, and all that weight focused on one spot squashes it only slightly.
The little slot that's on the underside, you can fit another vibrator in there, and it's supposed to shake the whole cushion. With just a bullet vibe, yeah kinda, but it works better with a mini-wand or something. I have an Oriel from Rocks-Off, and that was enough.
My only hangup is that it's short. Just two feet long. Were it three or even four, that would be great to really wrap around and hang on for dear life.
