I guess this is on me for not looking closely enough but I didn't realize that the pump and hose have to stay attached to the cylinder in order to maintain the vacuum. If you remove them, the vacuum seal disappears. This makes it impossible to have both nipples pumped at the same time, which was one of the main reasons I bought this in the first place. I own other pumps which all have a detachable cup/cylinder which I guess made me assume that this one would work the same. It does still work, but there's nothing in the online description or included instructions that specifies that the cylinder has to stay attached to the pump for the full duration of use. Again, on me for not checking before ordering but I am disappointed that I can't actually use multiple cylinders at once.
