I have half a dozen other Square Peg Toys -- they are the best in terms of quality! Moving up from the Egg Plugs in XS, Small, Medium, and Large, this is my way of gently stretching up beyond the 2" diameter/6.3" circumference sizes. Of course, unlike a plug, this gets bigger the further in it goes, and does not have a narrow neck to hold it in place. However, I find I can hold it in with a harness when desired. Sitting on it provides a nice gentle stretch which should have the desired effect over time. The somewhat pointed realistic glans does provide a gentler initial insertion than a more blunt plug design. Five stars!
