I can see this being a really good vibrating dildo for many people. I have a very extreme lack of sensation with penetration (to almost no feeling most of the time) and this dildo works pretty good. If you're struggling with little sensation and want to experiment, get a clitoral vibrator first, something a little gentle and pair it with this. The vibrations aren't painful nor extreme. If you're looking for something with very extreme, thrumming vibrations that'll blast you away, this isn't really the toy for that. The vibrator function is very tolerable and nice, and the modes are noticeable as well, so the toggle isn't just useless (like with some product I've bought in the past). Water based lube doesn't work very well with this, I'm assuming because of the vibrations, and it evaporates quickly. If you want to use this, I'd use hybrid (silicone safe) lubricants, or oil-based.
