This toy stretches both deep and wide. It has very little bend so it really requires you to work your holes to accommodate it. Other depth toys I've used will usually bend around corners but this will move you out of the way so really listen to your body. Not for novice play but a good toy as its graduated levels can give you targets.
It has a very sturdy base that will rest on whatever surface and stand upright, but it doesn't suction to the wall of a shower so you have to keep pressure on it. I highly recommend this toy and look forward to many years of using it.
