There's no sizing information in the description for these. The box said a size medium, but I don't know if I believe that. My hands are pretty small and my wrists are 6 inches in circumference, which I believe is below average. These are hard for me to get on, and my husband could barely fit them over his hands. I don't think I would recommend these unless you have tiny hands and wrists. The cuffs themselves seem pretty well made and are easy to clean. I do wish I'd gone for Velcro cuffs though.
