The Scandal Open Mouth Gag with Clamps sports a red-and-black printed fabric outside, made of polyester. The clamps feature dangling chains, for a cool weight flowing over your skin. The 2 nipple clamps feature adjustable twist-screws for tightness adjustment! Loosen or tighten to add more bite or to increase comfort. 

The clamps and their chains may also be removed from the gag, for separate use.
