The area where the airpulse comes from is very blunt and fat which is a nice feeling but it made it more difficult for me to use personally. I had to do a lot of maneuvering to get it to where it felt the best. I also have the Satisfyer Traveler and it is WAY quieter than it; however the first few settings on it are more gentler than the Satisfyer traveler which is a plus for me because sometimes I don't want such an intense stimulation right away.
