Good product but need more adhesive

Plug quality is great.
Tail quality is great.
The plastic nut that holds the tail to the top of the plug came off on the first use. The glue holding it on the plug is a weak hot glue or something.

We used some much stronger adhesive and let it sit overnight and now the threader stays in place. This would be a 5 star product but this problem raises questions about testing and quality control.
