I was eager to try this out, and the first time I used it, I loved it. However, after that, the quality quickly diminished. There are just too many glitches that I came across, both in the app and with the product itself, that impacted my experience. This isn't the first time I've had issues with a Satisfyer product, so just a word of warning: when you clean it, do NOT pour water directly into the opening. Every time I do that (usually after the first time using it) it immediately ruins the product.
This thing gave me three AMAZING uses... and then broke. I only had it for 4 days. I was using it with the app when it disconnected, but the motor kept running. I tried to manually adjust the speed/turn it off using the buttons instead of the app, but the buttons did nothing when pushed. I couldn't turn it off, reconnect, or even turn it down. It kept running on high until it finally ran out of batteries. I have messaged Satisfyer about the warranty, and am hoping to get a new one that works for more than a week. Fingers crossed I just received a dud, and that I'll be back to leave a GLOWING review of this product-- assuming I receive a working replacement.
Okay so I have a lot to say about this one. 1) Travel: this is perfect to take on the go! The little magnetic cap keeps it clean when I throw it in my bag. 2) Strength: for such a small toy, you expect it to be rather weak, but this has an extremely powerful motor! I have absolutely no idea how they are able to fit such a strong motor in such a small toy! 3) Air Pulse: as if the vibration wasnt strong enough, this also uses the air pulse technology, which is just unreal. If you havent tried anything like that before, this is a great place to start! 4) The app: they just came out with this app that lets you control the products and its unbelievable! The app lets you control the toy from a distance, video chat and control your partners toy, make it go to music or surrounding noises (so you can speak into it), and you can save your programs for future use!
